This means that LG didn't forget their old flagships which is good to see, I think both phones can be updated to Android 4.4 because their processors (Snapdragon S4 Pro and Snapdragon 600) can support Android 4.4.

Looks like LG has totally forgotten about the 4X HD. The once flagship phone has only received an update to 4.1.2 and that's it. LG should fix that buggy mess on thatb4XHD and update it to 4.3 . Rocking Official KitKat now on my note 3 BTW

4X HD runs on tegra 3. Which was a terrible processor even in its time so no updates for that device.

I know it couldn't be updated to KitKat . But at least give it 4.3 or 4.2 . Also , the firmware is really buggy on the 4XHD

Very smart of them, I love my OGP, despite the size. Of course, it was previously rooted and might not actually take the update...

I will believe it when it Happens. I love my G2, but technically it's 4 updates behind already. The phone is already 6 months old, and with phones it's like dog year's.

You have quite the flair for exaggeration, don't you? The G2 came out in mid-September. That would make it 4 months old, not 6. Also, why would you count minor OS iterations? The differences between 4.4.2 & 4.4.1 are minute at best & don't even affect all the devices that had them. You're 2 behind, not 4.

Facts. The LG G2 was announced on Aug 7' 13, that's more than 6 months ago.
4.2.2 was released was released 6 months before the LG G2, actually 4.3 was already out for almost 3 months when the G2 was released. Look I love my G2, but when it comes to updates, LG is behind HTC and Samsung.

Oh, so you count a phone's age from the day it was announced, not the day it was released? That makes absolutely no sense considering a phone can be announced anywhere from the day it's released to months before.
Also, since you can't count, August 7th was less than 6 months ago, not more. February 7th would be 6 months, but like I said, it's the day of release that matters, not the day of announcement.
And ALSO, 4.3 was released on July 24th, 2013. According to your release date of August 7th, that's 2 weeks, not "almost 3 months". How many things can you be wrong about in one post? Try doing some research before you speak out of your *ass next time.
