LG tasted success with its G series phones especially the G3 which helped the Korean manufacturer out of the mounting losses. LG had introduced a proper curved screen device called the G Flex a year ago and now is planning a sequel to it.

The Flex 2 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm MSM8994 processor and is expected to be run on Android Lollipop 5.0.
The Qualcomm chip will be the latest powerhouse from Snapdragon ie the 810 chipsets that boasts of native support for 4K videos, LTE support and 55Mp photography. The Snapdragon 810 is a Octa core chipset that is based on the 64bit architecture.
LG may not make any changes to the 6 inch display. The Flex 2 is also rumored to feature a self healing plastic screen. We wonder if the Flex 2 will succeed in the market and make a mark for itself. LG should price the device cleverly as the market is already flooding with n number of alternatives which should be a better bet except for the curved display in the Flex 2.
Release date of LG G Flex 2
The serial tipster, evleaks had recently said that LG Flex 2 will arrive in the first quarter of 2015. This may coincide with the Mobile World Congress that will be held in Barcelona.
